I was commissioned by the York Eglinton BIA and the City of Toronto to design and execute a mural that would be fully representational of the diverse and long standing community of the Eglinton West neighbourhood. I designed for them a festoon of flowers, each of which is the national flower of the cultures who make up the neighbourhood. They wanted a bright, vibrant, uplifting and inclusive design to inspire and unify the neighbourhood during what has been a long and challenging few years of construction.
